Baseball and Softball Practice Schedule – March 12 and following

Here is an updated schedule for baseball and softball practices, effective March 12. (Some dates may be cancelled, due to school events, but we will alert you to those changes.)

Baseball –

Tee Ball: Wednesdays, 6-7 pm, Roslyn Elementary
Coach Pitch: Tuesdays, 6-6:45 pm, Roslyn Elementary
Machine Pitch: Tuedays, 6:45-7:30 pm, Roslyn Elementary
9U Travel: Wednesdays, 6-7:30 pm, Overlook Elementary
9/10 M-League: Tuesdays, 7:30-8:30 pm, Roslyn Elementary
10U Travel: Mondays, 6-7 pm, Roslyn Elementary
11U Travel: Mondays, 7-8:30 pm, Roslyn Elementary
11/12 M-League: Mondays, 6-7:30 pm, Willow Hill Elementary

Softball –

Coach Pitch (ages 5-8): Thursdays, 6-7:30 pm, Willow Hill Elementary
Intramural (ages 9-10): Thursdays, 6-7:30 pm, Willow Hill Elementary

Presentation on Coaching Best Practices

AC United invites coaches of all sports to a special presentation at their next board meeting on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, 7-8 pm, at the Roslyn Boys & Girls Clubhouse (2818 Hammond Place, Roslyn, PA 19001). The guest speaker is Dr. Ellen Henderson, an expert in the field of sports psychology. With years of experience in coaching youth and high school students, she also brings years of experience as a student athlete academic adviser for major Division-1 schools. Dr. Henderson will be talking about coaching best practices, followed by a time for Q&A. Anyone who coaches youth sports will find this helpful—please join us!
